Dr. Fopah-Lele holds a PhD (Magna Cum Laude) from the Leuphana University Lüneburg-Germany in Sustainable Energy and Environment. He is qualified as Associate Professor in energetic and process engineering in France and in Cameroon. He is specialized in renewable energies, environ-mental resources management and sustainable development through the RSE process, and has researched thermal engineering fields (heating, cooling and energy storage technologies). He spent many years in the European project “thermal battery” to develop an energy storing technology from cogenerate waste heat with proof-experience how the system is able to give back the 2/3 of the recovered waste-heat (from solar heat or thermal engines). He worked in a renewable engineering school (ESMER, Benin) for African capacities empowering and managed projects (including hydrogen economy, power systems, climate change, energy dialogue and policies) within the Regional Programme on Energy Security and Climate Change in Sub-Saharan Africa at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
Back in 2011, he led the planning and management of Water and Energy Resources of the Sandougou Basin in Senegal for model validation and capitalization work. Excellent at multitasking and working under pressure with multidisciplinary skills for the purpose of team-oriented and result-driven, he is devoted to each task assigned or initiated. Dr. Fopah-Lele has participated in several conferences/workshops related to energy technologies and held the Energy Efficiency in Emerging Economies certificate from the International Energy Agency (IEA).
Francklin NGOUENPE is a French-German Electrical Engineer, specialized in automation and industrial communication. Thanks to his multicultural background and his vision in architecture complemented by his expertise and know-how, he has good technical, linguistic and relational skills enabling him to manage a productive work team in an international environment.
Thanks to his multinational background, he has developed multiple test procedures for solar energy storage systems (at Hager Group in Germany), developed automatic production systems (at SABC in Cameroon), programmed interfaces with multiple communication protocols as well as intelligent systems for Eco-buildings.
His first experiences in the field of automation and connected objects have allowed him to acquire a broad and in-depth knowledge in intelligent system design, commissioning, configuration of network solutions, remote assistance and consulting.
Francklin is also certified TIA Portal, Unity Pro, EPLAN Electric P8 and SAP ERP to answer customers' technical questions.
Francklin advises not only other companies that need appropriate professional solutions for their projects in automation, remote data access and renewable engineering, but also customers that need professional solutions for buildings and interconnection of intelligent devices.

With a solid background in civil engineering and architecture, Anicet is dedicated and competent in all phases of engineering and construction, design, site supervision and finishing. A pro-fessional with all aspects of buildings such as commercial, residential, admi-nistrative and logistical buildings, resi-dential, towers, hospitals and hotels.

He has worked for several years in the development of infrastructure in Eneo Cameroon, the Brasséries du Cameroun and other structures in Cameroon.
During the bidding and execution phase, he optimized the GC design of projects, the pre-dimensioning of structures / calculation of GC quantities as part of the bid analysis.
The implementation of the GC's provisional schedule, the monitoring of execution according to business needs and the analysis of modification work are only routine for him.

He has multidisciplinary skills in design, dimensioning, quantity calculation, planning, control and work monitoring. He speaks English, German and French.
